At ShopSoozy, we currently ship only within India. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeline is 3–7 business days for most locations across India. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment.

If you do not receive tracking details within the processing period, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. ShopSoozy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
